Glad you liked it, I've got tons of other resources, (in addition to the ones you'll find here at mindcomet)

If you're interested in learning more about corporate blog evangelism, here's some findings I've captured

I just listened to the podcast, there's one VERY important thing I forgot to add.

I mentioned that for employees that blog, be sure to clearly identify your blog as a personal blog vs corporate blog. What's more important is that a company comes to agreement on a "Public Disclosure Policy" which clearly indicates what is appropriate and what is not --get appropriate reviews from low level employees to high.

This is a really important takeaway that I didn't give enough emphasis towards

best of luck.

This is the best podcast I have heard on corporate blogging. I have worked in a few very large corporations and the legal eagles always seem to get in our way. Blogging became just an article posting place, which is very unfortunate.

Now that I am off on my own, as a consultant, I plan to encourage all my clients to use blogging. It's the perfect solution to customer loyalty and seo :)

Your former company may be missing some key opportunites.

The strength of blogs are the relationships you can build from having a conversation --there are CMS systems that can fulfill the role of publishing articles.

For the legal eagles, you simply need a clause that indicates personal opinion from corporate opinion.

Lastly, as I said in the podcast, in just a few years the myspace generation hits the workforce --this is just the start of the conversational web.

Good luck on your new venture!!!
